Super friendly staff and a full included breakfast made this a wonderful introduction to Juneau. Due to flight delays, we were picked up at the airport by the hotel shuttle about 1:30 am. Our room was very clean and comfortable and somewhat quiet - we had the room under the stairs, so heard some walking as guests went up and down. The hot breakfast is served (not buffet) in a nice sitting room. We were asked to give our order for breakfast the night before, so the breakfast came out quickly and hot. This is much better than your standard hotel buffet breakfast. The friendly hotel staff helped us store our luggage at a nearby Best Western for a few days. This hotel is close enough to the airport that we opted to walk over to pick up our rental car.

Excellent every time! Breakfast is offered in room or dining room and is included! Love the architecture and style of the rooms! Free air and ferry shuttle! Definitely our favorite place to stay in Juneau! Highly recommend this unique B & B!

Great customer service at this cozy place. Booked it because it provides free airport shuttle and shuttle into city - which was super helpful & drivers gave us lots of hints. Staff is very friendly, accommodating, and breakfast is hearty. Upscale free toiletries. NOTE: it is tiny & we did have issue with noise from lobby, but they quieted down as soon as we asked. AND no elevator so stay on 1st floor if you have heavy bags. Clean, comfortable & convenient! Our Juneau go-to now!
